Welcome to the Mardi Gras Gumbo Cookoffย at Bandera Brewery. Teams should arrive with their prepared gumbo.
Setup runs from 12โ2, and power will be available for crockpots and warmers.
๐ Judging begins at 2, when winners will be crowned.
๐ฒ Tasting ticketsย will be available from 2:30โ4ย for $1 per sample.
