About the event
Welcome to the Mardi Gras Gumbo Cookoff at Bandera Brewery. Teams should arrive with their prepared gumbo.
Setup runs from 12–2, and power will be available for crockpots and warmers.
🏆 Judging begins at 2, when winners will be crowned.
🍲 Tasting tickets will be available from 2:30–4 for $1 per sample.
